LILIA Chagolla

Regional Operations Director, Central California Alliance for 
Health 

Lilia Chagolla is currently employed by The Central California Alliance for Health since 2004, where she currently serves as Regional Operations Director, Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. In this role, Lilia is responsible for overseeing the Alliance's Salinas office, management of Alliance programs and operating procedures in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties, and acts as the plan's regional community liaison in both counties.  
Previously Lilia served as the Health Programs Manager at the Alliance, where she was responsible for overseeing the health and disease management programs. Prior to joining the Alliance Lilia managed the Health Services Department for The Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco and worked in the development and operations of the Prenatal and Pediatric Outpatient Clinics for Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, California.  
Lilia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from San Francisco State University, and studied at Universidad Autonoma de Gudalajara, Mexico. She also served as a board member for the Santa Cruz Women’s Health Center and WomenCARE, both in Santa Cruz, CA. Currently she serves as a commissioner for the Monterey County Commission on Disabilities where she participates in the Outreach Committee.
