1. Community Builder Campaign
This is the model for you if:
- You wish to generally support/improve a park & expect/want to raise & donate $0-$5000.
- You may or may not have a specific project, but have approval County Parks for general support
- Initial limited Consultation to you
- Acceptance of Tax Deductible donations and accounting
- Creation and maintenance of a website page, fundraising button
- Grant payments out to complete improvements with Parks approvals
2. Major Sponsor Campaign
This is the model for you if:
- You wish to support a specific park project & expect/want to donate $5000 or more
- You have approval on project (with cost assessment) from County Parks
- You wish to donate the full cost of project for planned project
- Ongoing Consultation with you
- Acceptance of Tax Deductible donation and accounting
- Creation and maintenance of website page, use of TaxID for donations, fundraising button
- Coordination with Parks Department
- Grant payments out to complete project
3. Capital Campaign
This is the model for you if:
- You wish to support a specific park project & expect/want to raise & donate $5000 or more (Note: Friends has a 1/time public facing campaign policy)
- You have approval on project (with cost assessment) from County Parks
- You wish to raise funds from public for full cost of project for planned project
- Ongoing Consultation with you
- Acceptance of Tax Deductible donation and accounting
- Website page, use of TaxID for donations, fundraising button
- Coordination with Parks Department
- Staff support to craft and run capital campaign
- Grant payment out to complete project
